These folks are quite helpful! While I came in there early (before my appointment), Dave was able to get me on the schedule. I walked across the street to College Square to get my hair cut. I came back about 40 minutes later, and my car only had another 10 minutes to go. Once done, Dave took the liberty of signing me up for their rewards program for local businesses that we already frequent. Bill Chaffee was the Service Advisor. Bill and ToyotaWorld did an excellent job. Originally I was there for Timing belt replacement and oil change. After multipoint inspection Bill suggested the strut was leaking and to replace both struts. There were other issues that were also repaired. Everything was done with appropriate discount. The car is now in excellent shape.

3. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force.
