Jeff was great with helping for my regular servicing, but I also needed to help my brother connect his iPhone to his new car GPS and I was not able to do it. Jeff made some arrangements to get me and my brother some help, but when we arrived Matt Johnson was available and helped us connect the phone to the GPS and patiently explained how to use it, several times. Car had a dead battery and Service group worked me in the schedule for a same day repair. Spoke to Christina who was very accommodating with the scheduling. Car towed in and received a call from Chuck who took ownership for the repair. Car was quickly checked and found to need a new battery. Repair done same day and Chuck called when work was finished. Appreciate the quick response and communication from the service group!

From the day I walked in way back in 2002, pregnant with my first child and purchased a 2003 Sienna and bought or leased others in between including my current 2017 Highlander Hybrid, Ken and the ToyotaWorld team have always treated me like a star customer. Ken values my time and gives me the best and fair deal. I've been through four wonderful Toyota's, only because I wanted a different or upgrade to a newer model. Throughout my ownership experience, all my vehicles go to ToyotaWorld for service. They have the BEST service department. When you pull into the service bay, someone comes out to greet you and get you checked in as soon as possible. They value your time and know you have places to go. They used to have a free shuttle and now call and pay for a lyft car ride. What could be easier? Good for you ToyotaWorld...keep up the good work!

I purchased a new Tacoma last year. Overall the process was fine. Norma dealer pressure but nothing crazy. Service department has been easy enough to work with. But obviously the tech smokes and transferred some of the snell from his clothes to my truck. I can't overestimate how much I hate that smell.

Was looking for a used car in a cheap price range but still reliable, which overall was pretty hard to find at any dealership. I spent an entire day going dealer to dealer to find the best deal possible. Most places I went to gave me the typical try at upselling and wanted me to apply loan after loan when I already came pre approved with my own bank. Long story short at the end of the day I knew I was going back to Toyotaworld. Unbeatable customer service from Matt Payne throughout the process, never attempted to upsell out of my price range. Complete transparency with everything, free carfax and most importantly just a pure friendly interaction throughout the process. There wasnt a moment that I felt uncomfortable or that I was being haggled like I did at other dealers. Purchased my first sienna, we have been an odyssey driver for over a decade And the new odyssey was a turn off with their interior design, so we decided to try out the sienna, so far it is great, more room, smoother ride and much better looking than the odyssey. One thing I should have done is pay closer attention to the features such as the lack of memory seating which is very helpful for two drivers one being shorter than the other, but that’s my fault. The sales staff that helped me through out this process was very helpful, knowledgeable and very caring to what I wanted in a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a new vehicle to Newark Toyota 100%.

I do not appreciate the constant harassment and hassle of the Service Reps trying to upsell me on services I do not need. I schedule my service with specific intentions, not to be practically terrorized into thinking their suggestions are life and death. I initially followed their suggestions out of convenience, but ever since, it was like tag your it. Every time I go in for just an oil change, the Service Rep will give me a list of other services that I never asked for and try to strong arm me into getting them. Despite that, I appreciate the service I schedule at Newark Toyota World, I just would like them to stick to what I request and leave me be.

Every person I came into contact with was professional and courteous and the facility was impeccably clean from the bathrooms to the shop floor. They went above and beyond and spent a lot of extra time to polish my car until it looked new!
