I met with Dave who helped me diagnose the noise coming from the air vent. He was extremely friendly and made sure to explain what the next steps were and how the issue was fixed once the problem was found. It was a little pricey - although I did agree to pay the initial payment of $120 for the diagnostic and an hour of labor up front, it seemed like a lot just to have a mouse removed from the air vent.
