Was looking for a used car in a cheap price range but still reliable, which overall was pretty hard to find at any dealership. Most places I went to gave me the typical try at upselling and wanted me to apply loan after loan when I already came pre approved with my own bank. Complete transparency with everything, free carfax and most importantly just a pure friendly interaction throughout the process. Purchased my first sienna, we have been an odyssey driver for over a decade And the new odyssey was a turn off with their interior design, so we decided to try out the sienna, so far it is great, more room, smoother ride and much better looking than the odyssey. One thing I should have done is pay closer attention to the features such as the lack of memory seating which is very helpful for two drivers one being shorter than the other, but that’s my fault. The sales staff that helped me through out this process was very helpful, knowledgeable and very caring to what I wanted in a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a new vehicle to Newark Toyota 100%.

I do not appreciate the constant harassment and hassle of the Service Reps trying to upsell me on services I do not need. I schedule my service with specific intentions, not to be practically terrorized into thinking their suggestions are life and death. I initially followed their suggestions out of convenience, but ever since, it was like tag your it. Every time I go in for just an oil change, the Service Rep will give me a list of other services that I never asked for and try to strong arm me into getting them. Despite that, I appreciate the service I schedule at Newark Toyota World, I just would like them to stick to what I request and leave me be.

Had my car detailed at Newark Toyota World and they were first class from start to finish! Every person I came into contact with was professional and courteous and the facility was impeccably clean from the bathrooms to the shop floor. Called the day before and was able to get an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation plus 35000 mile check up on a Camry. The vehicle didn't need an oil change yet. Did do the tire rotation and air filter changes. Told that the car will need new brakes in about a couple of months.

She was very helpful, but when I left the room, she tried to talk my fiancee into getting a warantee for the car after we both agreed that we didn't want one. Fiancee said no, but it just felt like a sneaky thing to do, waiting for me to leave and going out for a Hail Mary on the warantee. No means no, Ella.
