What is ToyotaCare?

Toyota believes that safety should not be compromised, which is why their protective features come standard on any trim you choose. While safety is taken care of on their end, it is up to you as the driver to make sure that your Toyota will stay in the best shape possible, which is why keeping up with its maintenance checks is crucial. When you purchase or lease a new Toyota, you will have the ToyotaCare program. This plan comes equipped at no cost, and will last for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. On top of that, you will get 24-hour roadside assistance1 for two years with unlimited miles.

What Does the No-Cost Maintenance Plan Cover?

There is no way you would not want to take advantage of this plan. With ToyotaCare, you will be serviced by Toyota-trained technicians that will tend to factory-recommended upkeeps such as engine oil replacement, oil filtering2, tire rotations, multi-point vehicle inspection, and inspection and adjustments to all fluid levels. On top of that, Toyota will also let you know when your maintenances should be scheduled by beforehand.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance

Regardless of how many miles you cover during the first two years, you can count on ToyotaCare to assist you with 24-hour roadside assistance1 at no cost to you! Getting stranded somewhere, especially when you are far from home, can feel like a nightmare. Thankfully, Toyota will help make things a little easier in getting you on your way faster. This part of ToyotaCare covers battery jump start, lockout protection, emergency fuel delivery, tire service3 to replace an impaired tire, towing4 to the nearest Toyota dealership for assistance, and winching5 to get you out of tough spots like sand or snow.

Had a great experience at this dealership in Newark, DE. Big shout outs to Mark Truong! I ended up getting the 2020 Rav4 Hybrid last Saturday and I'm loving my new car! If you're not 100% sure which car you want to get or you're on the fence between a few options, definitely ask for Mark Truong as your Product Specialist when you get there. Initially I thought I knew what I wanted down to the trim & color, but when telling Mark what I was looking for in a car, he actually saved me money and helped me choose a better looking car that fits my needs, from price, aesthetics, features to fuel economy. Usually when I interact with other dealerships and car salesmen, they can care less about things such as how the car looks as long as you buy, but Mark took his time to align what I was looking for in my next car to my budget and interests. Even down to the details of the features of the car and which color goes best with a two tone color car to make it pop. Mark even considered things I wouldn't have thought of such as driving the car around the parking lot so I can see what it would look like if I was behind the wheel which is super thoughtful, because let's face it, when we buy a new car, we all care about what others think and if our car will turn a few heads :). The car seemed to be in perfect condition, After less than a month of short distance driving, we discovered a noise coming from the rear of the car when the car shifted gears. It took approximately 10 miles of driving for this to occur. Each time we started a cold engine, it took about 10 miles to occur. We made an appointment for service and worked with Dave Ferguson, who is a 5 STAR employee. His team fixed the problem with ordered parts and now seems to be perfect again. Again great job Dave Ferguson.

I am so happy to have purchased a car. Chris Willis was simply amazing when I purchased my car. I went in on a Tuesday and I didn’t like the numbers that I was given. I left and felt a little defeated. The next day I decided to text him and let him know my budget. He ensured me that he would find something in my budget. Some mistakes were made early but the service manager quickly addressed. Brought car in once to evaluate whether or not the service center could repair a window problem. The second visit back involved the center not having the correct part, more than twice the quoted price to repair and a third visit needed. The service manager arranged to have the car picked up and returned to my home and gave a good discount for the service. Mistakes happen and they provided a great resolution and I would recommend them as a result.
