Exterior

One of the more noticeable changes to the 2020 Corolla Hybrid is the driving experience. With wider front and rear track dimensions, the height was also reduced by 0.8 inches and the hood was lowered 1.4 inches for greater visibility of the road ahead. The center of gravity also provides a driving experience that was built for finesse, as it has been lowered by 0.39 inches. This allows you to round those sharp turns and pass up the competition with greater control. This new body on the 2020 Corolla Hybrid incorporates a multi-load path front structure that absorbs frontal collision and sends the energy outward to keep you protected. Lastly, there is also a new color! When you opt for Celestite Grey Metallic, people will know you are at the helm of the newest Corolla Hybrid. 

Safety Features

The 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid makes a fantastic update by granting you Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.02 standard, rather than making you shell out extra cash to get your hands on these top-notch safety features. The Pre-Collision System3 uses a radar sensor and camera to recognize vehicles that are ahead of you. If this system notices an imminent collision, the brakes will automatically activate to bring you to a complete stop. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control4 is another handy feature that allows you to set the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you. Easy, quick check-in. Service performed in reasonable time and price. Waiting area comfortable but wish TV could be silenced. Hot chocolate in the waiting area would be nice (I don't like coffee or tea). Appointment was made ~ 2 weeks in advance and a GPS upgrade was requested. Appointment scheduler did not indicate a problem with this. During service work, however, I learned no updated map had been ordered and no new map was created during 2019. I was advised to wait until a new map for 2020 was available, although there was no indication when this might occur. Apparently this is a corporate problem. However, why couldn't I have been told this when I made the appointment or sometime before the service date and why aren't new GPS maps created every year?

Most places I went to gave me the typical try at upselling and wanted me to apply loan after loan when I already came pre approved with my own bank. Long story short at the end of the day I knew I was going back to Toyotaworld. Unbeatable customer service from Matt Payne throughout the process, never attempted to upsell out of my price range. Complete transparency with everything, free carfax and most importantly just a pure friendly interaction throughout the process. Purchased my first sienna, we have been an odyssey driver for over a decade And the new odyssey was a turn off with their interior design, so we decided to try out the sienna, so far it is great, more room, smoother ride and much better looking than the odyssey. One thing I should have done is pay closer attention to the features such as the lack of memory seating which is very helpful for two drivers one being shorter than the other, but that’s my fault. The sales staff that helped me through out this process was very helpful, knowledgeable and very caring to what I wanted in a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a new vehicle to Newark Toyota 100%.

I do not appreciate the constant harassment and hassle of the Service Reps trying to upsell me on services I do not need. I schedule my service with specific intentions, not to be practically terrorized into thinking their suggestions are life and death. I initially followed their suggestions out of convenience, but ever since, it was like tag your it. Every time I go in for just an oil change, the Service Rep will give me a list of other services that I never asked for and try to strong arm me into getting them.
